For start upof new factory you need following lisences.
1.Factory lisence issued by Inspecor Of Factories , You need alos to get the plan approval of your factory.
2. You need PF and ESI code numbers
3. You need to take Consent from PCB
4.IF it is a SSI unit you need to get SSI registration certificate.
6. For your corporate office you need to take Ships & Establishment Registration certificate.
7. If you are employing contract labour , you need to get registered and contractor has to obtain contract labour lisence.
