Hi Shobana,
I have recently joined a software firm which has 17 employees in total. The firm has a completely new setup. I'm new to the HR world and I feel totally lost sometimes. I want to know how to go about doing things and what I shouldn't do. It would be really great if I could have a mentor or someone to guide me.
Hope you can help me.

Hi Shobana, Jayavel, and Sanjay,
I have recently joined a software company that has 100+ employees in total. My senior HR is on maternity leave. She didn't clearly explain the HR processes to me. I'm new to the HR world and I sometimes feel totally lost. I want to know how to proceed with tasks and what I should avoid doing. It would be great to have a mentor or someone to guide me. I hope you can help me.
