Hi, as I said earlier, understand the root cause of the problems. It might be because of communication issues, authority, or even a threat. Based on that, either have a personal discussion or make arrangements for common meetings that are in no way connected to the issues.

Also, ensure whether the issues could be handled if you can change some policies.
