Hi Friends,

I am a bit confused about how to calculate the training hours for on-the-job training. Usually, for in-house (classroom) sessions, we calculate as follows:
Training Hours = (Number of Days) x (Hours per day) x (Number of Participants)

What do you suggest for on-the-job training?

Why not use the same formula?

Hi everybody,

I uploaded one file, but it cannot display. I used Internet Explorer 8.0.

How can I repair it? Or did some problems happen to IE8?
