Dear Manish,
If your employment is included in the list of schedule employments by the State Govt. under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 then you are to give minimum wages to the employed person including that to daily wagers.

Thx's sir for your valuable answer, but still i am confused about pf deduction. The organisation is covered under pf.act. is it right to deduct pf for 15 days only (we have to fulfill all formalities regarding PF e.g. allotment of PF code to Daily Wager etc)
Thanks & Regard's

Dear All
First (a) Your Factory must be registered As per the factories Act norms (b) There must be more than 20 persons working in your Organisation at atleast One day in the preceeding Financial Year.
(c) As per the Providant Fund and Provisions Act, 1952, the person should have worked for atleast 30 days (working days only not off days) to be alligible.
(d) He should not have covered under the Apprentice Act of 1961.
Only then the Basic and DA Salary will be calculated of that employee else NO.
