Section 25 of The Payment of Wages Act, 1936 states that the person responsible for paying wages to individuals employed in a factory or an industrial or other establishment must display a notice with abstracts of the Act and the related rules. This notice should be in English and in the language primarily used by the employees in that establishment, as prescribed by law.
This requirement implies that every establishment must exhibit the abstract of the rules at the main gate of the factory. The abstract should be presented in English and Hindi, as well as in the local language.

If your establishment is covered under both the enactments i.e. MW Act & PW Act, then see which is your appropriate Govt. for going through the applicable Rules wherein you will find the abstract of the Act & Rules. In general, you may approach your area shop which keeps industrial labor law registers & record for having printed abstract of both the Acts for exhibition purposes.
