o Recruitment Policy
o Grievance Resolution Policy
o Salary Advance Policy
o Performance Management Policy
o Learning & Development Policy
o Birthday gift policy
o Policy against Sexual Harassment
o Retirement Benefits policy

It wld great if you share the practices/ policies applicable in your repective companies wrt above mentioned policies.
