I am pursuing M.Phil(HR) and i am very confused regarding my topic. One thing I have decided is that I want to do my research thesis on private hospitalss but I am unable to zero in on a relevant topic. Please helo me in finding a useful topic relating to HR in hospitals.

You have not given enough info to help you. Where are you based and what access do you have to a hospital(s)?
What do you mean "not getting any relevant topic,.....Topic relating to HR in hospitals."?
Have you done any literature survey? If you have not done so; that will be the first step, to see what others have done, how and why that way.

Well, what I have decided so far is that my sample survey would be hospitals. This I can easily get but I am unable to understand the area for which I should go for. My guide has been rejecting any area I have chosen so far. So my purpose is to get a relevant topic which can be based on private hospitals, related to admin, docs etc.
I hope I have been able to clarify my position and concern.
