I am working as an HR manager in a transportation co. My boss has asked em to calculate the ctc's of all employees (old & new). Please suggest how should I calculate the CTC's of all employees. What should I include in CTC? Kindly suggest.

CTC means Cost to Company. All organsiation different setup in CTC. so first take earning & deduction head of this organisation.
CTC: Gross+Bonus+ER PF+ER ESI
