Hi Experts, I completed my management course in HR & Operations. Now, I am working on an offline project. The rationale behind this project is "what are the expectations (parameters) of final year graduates when choosing the organization to join."

I need help from all of you. Based on your ideas, I can have a clear visibility in my project. After that, I can post the questionnaire.

Thank you very much for your support and help!

Hi Sugu, this is Suku from Karur. I'm an MBA HR with 3 years of experience in generalist roles. Based on my experience, candidates usually prioritize the following aspects:

1. Salary
2. Exposure
3. Peaceful job environment
4. Stress-free work
5. Designation
6. Good role and responsibilities
7. Welfare benefits
8. Working hours, leave, and weekends off

These are all the things that individuals commonly expect before joining a company nowadays. If you need any further information, feel free to text me at the number provided below.

Hi,

As I have interviewed a lot of freshers so far, their expectations are:
- Good Salary
- Good exposure
- Being part of a big company

Generally, freshers evaluate their future employers based on these criteria.

Hi Sukumar & Rashee,

Thank you for your response. Based on your suggestions, what percentage of freshers in India choose the right career path? I will post my questionnaire as soon as possible.

Adding to suku_mba the most important thing a candidate look after is: his/her recognition and reputation at workplace, between his colleagues & boss. Regrad Annu
