It depends on the surroundings and various policies and its active implementaion........but we can enlist some of them........
Compliance of payment of wageS.....
PPEs (Personal Protective Equipments)
Canteen, its housekeeping, Quality of Food etc
Leave rules
Late coming
Rate of Overtime in case of OT on paid holidays if the factory runs 24*7 and is into continous process....
Local Impact.....
Rest Rooms, Lockers, Wash Rooms and its cleanliness...
Drinking Water
These are the common problems which comes on day to day basis...
This is in maharashtra but these are omnipresent ....

Mr.Anil has rightly quoted. These issue are omnipresent. I would like to add one or two more.
Mostly the language of supervisors at sho floor also do matter a lot. Check for the same. Lot of time it also happends that the workers are of higher edge and supervisor/officer of lower age. At such time the language, specially respected words needs to be used or it unnecessarily become a prestige issue.
