What kinds of Data he need require to maintain?
What are the Registers or Files an HRO has to maintain?
If they require some specific theories to work on?
Is it Mandatory that one has to be MBA (HRM) or a diploma in HRM to work as HRO??

HRO - Time Managment , Leave Update, mail correspondance, Employee data updation, New Joinee's Formalities, Exit interview formalities, Documentation, Full & final,
As per me for the Professional Growth, MBA / Diploma in HRM is Mandatory.
