For pest control policy, the basic req. is whether you want technicians to be stationed at your place or you want them to treat during regular intervals.
Secondly, treatments for pests differ. Some pests need one time treatment, some need regular treatments. So you should specify what problems to be tackled.
Thirdly, whether the premise is a hospital, hotel, restaurant, factoryo r office. Because, safer chemicals and methods have to be adopted.
Fourthly, how much is the expected expenditure. If your company's expenditure is only few thousands, reputed companies will not give you importance.
If you can specify, I will be able to give you the best policy.
Pl. note that killing is easy. You should know what chemicals are used, what dose is used, what method is used and whether the company is having technically qualified people.
