Dear Member,
An employee of an establishment can apply for SL & CL in accordance of the applicability of the labour law/ leave rules of the unit where he is working. Therefore, go through your applicable Act/ leave rules & find out the answer of your query

Dear Member,
Welcome to CiteHR.
Leave provision is there in the Shops & Establishment Act & therefore first examine which of the State Shops Act is applicable in your case & then go through provision relating to leaves in that Act for your query.

but small doubt that when an employee leaving the organisation, at the time of final settlement is that we should calculate his PL n give his settlement n in that month if he is in leave ... is that we have to pay full salary? or deduct leaves n pay....
