Hi Rupesh,
Thanks for ur reply & my org provides 30 days leave in a year i.e. 2.5days in a month.
We dont have ESIC Policy.
Also we are not willing to divide the leaves as PL,SL,CL...
We are planning to keep it as one single leave...
But what can be the encashement procedure can it be 75% leaves

We also dont have ESIC Policy,PF Policy ,
in our company we have divide the leaves in 3 parts i.e. PL,SL,CL...
Dear Radhika It differ Org to Org & Sector to Sector Every company have a saprate leave policy. If we are applying the leave policy of Govt. Sector it is difficult to work in the Corporate world. So Apply the leave principles of your Company & Also suggest to your boss to implement it time to time
