Dear Seniors,
I was selected for an MNC Manufacturing company for the post of Asst. Manager-HR for their Factory.
I am the only person to be in HR Dept and i am responsible for the entire HR activities in the plant ( Liasoning, Statutory, Payroll, Perfromance, Relations...)
I have 5 years of experience in manufacturing and infra industries where i performed all these activities under the supervision of my bosses. But now i am bit nervous to perform these all individually.
Seniors guide me in the important and basic regulations what i have to perform initially and how i have to frame and develop ...
Please help me.......

Sorry to say this: but all the 5 yrs you seem to have done similar work WITHOUT putting your heart & mind into what you were doing. Otherwise, you should have jumped at this opportunity--that comes only to some--to do single-handedly what you did under supervision earlier.
Suggest you forget about being alone to do the work. When you come up with something that you need to do, just mentally compare what you did earlier for a similar issue/problem/situation in your earlier company AND if there are any differences between then & now. Then modify/adapt the solution/response suitably & just go ahead and act. That's called experience.
Take it from me--it's only when we are put into a 'sink or swim' situation that we get to learn. And, to repeat, NOT EVERYONE gets such an opportunity. Since you got it, make the BEST use of it. Mistakes will happen--go about learning from them & grow. I remember a Dennis The Menace quote: Never make the same mistake twice--look for new ones :-)

pls see the factory should have factory license, if you are employeeing contract labour in your factory then obtain RC
Your factory should have registered with DIC for small or large scale industries certificate & Pollution control board dept for consent, further in five years exp you will be well aware with PF and ESI
