Can Anyone please give details about Land Acquisition procedure from Government of India for commercial use ,What different types of NOCs involved in this procedure,I heard some time before in Gujarat Dist. collector can issue one common NOC for commercial use of agricultural land,any update about this also helpful for me.

Pl note that every state govt is obligated to keep its policies hoisted on its various ministeries/statutory bodies / Corporations bodies, as such pl search this link as enclosed below. Also all acts & amendments are just a click away on google, various law clubs & National Information Centre network of various ministeries.
Nonetheless pl find eclosed some stuff.
