I have signed a bond with an MNC for 1L and 2 years.. but now i want to leave the company after 6 days... i havn't got any salary ot training yet..Do i have to pay the company with the bond money or not???

Depends on your company policy. Please check with your HR. If there is some valid reason, you may also request your company to waive off the amount.

Yes- it depends on company and/or your reason.
Present a case to your HR,
1. give them time to get your alternative
2. Present your case well - (for better / another job - no one will agree)
3. If possible - present your case to top management in written application
4. If you are not joining any other job - show that you are ready to sign an undertaking stating said fact (this will add in your case)
Though bonds are not right way to force anyone to work but Its require that you do not leave with bitter note

Bond is not a legal document. It has not legal validity.
Just write a letter to the HR and leave.
We are living in 21st century. Bonded labour has been abolished
centuries back.
You can always say that the company forced you to sign under duress. In any case you have not attended any training etc, so you owe nothing to the company.

Hemant; If u have completed 6 days only. Why u wanna resign. Just stop coming to work. They will ask u the reason. Dont answer them. Thats it.
and secondly. As per IPC no one can force u to work for them. If they do case against you (which they cant); u can say they were harassing you.

Hai, u have worked only for 6 days, and ur not willing to continue with that job ok. Before joining into that company u need to verify about the company details. Ok, according to Law, there is no bounded labor in india. only contract workers there. If ur not willing to work, u have the right to leave that organisation. No need to pay them at all. U did not mentioned abut ur educations certificates. Did u put there for security???. Ok, no problem just leave that company. If u got any legal notice just put a writ petition. "There is no bounded labour in india". Moreover, if the organisation is forcing to work with them, u can go to human rights commission for justic.

thanks a lot for your opinion....
yesterday i had put a mail to the company's HR manager that i want to leave the company.. so he told me to pay the bond money but i told him that it's written in the service agreement that the bond goes valid if the person has completed his technical training ..and i told him that my technical training hasn't started yet..so he looked into the matterfor approx. 10 mins and said that our legal comittee will see all this...
and my orignals r with me .. they are not with the company...
so now i have decided not to answer their calls or e-mails...is this the right way???

Up course you can leave your job. If company is cheat with you ,you are leave the job without paying any money and forget the bond. But first talk to your boss and then you take any action.
