There are total four parts of the questionnaire.
1. Interview and responses of the people from HR / Training Department responsible for handling Training interventions.
2. The next three parts are meant for employees who undergo training from time to time. It is divided into three parts – A, B, C.
3. PART – A: Consists of questions for participants with respect to the need analysis.
4. PART – B: Assesses their views about the organization of training programs.
5. PART – C: Assesses participants’ views about the evaluation of effectiveness of the training programs.
