Hi Pranita,

I am Amit Seth, working with an IT company in Ahmedabad.

CTC stands for Cost to the Company, i.e., the total cost in terms of money or material that the company has to bear to employ a particular employee. It includes:

- Gross/Month
- Bonus
- Incentives
- PF contribution from the employer side
- ESI contribution from the employer side
- Mediclaim facility cost
- Fuel Allowance
- Food Coupons
- Hard furnishing cost if any in the Policy
- And likewise, any other costs.

Hope this information is helpful.
