These are the programmes which integrate the individual employee objective with organisational objective like if an emplyee achieves his sales target he will get some incentive(Monetary) and he will be considered for foreign tour / promotion etc. These are the benefits for employee and the other side because of the increased sale company will be benefited through profits. Generally we can tune only employee minds but these ee engagement programmes will be useful to win the hearts of the employees.
Some of the engagement programmes which we are having are as follows:
1. Salad(sales achievement linked award)
2. Spark(specialised programme for acelarated retail K(C)areer
3. Employee of the month
4.STAR
5. CEO trophy etc
First of all u have to go through the rules and regulations and prepare a questioneir to find the effectiveness of the said programmes.

I have been asked to come up with new ideas by the Hr manager, which he can use to actively engage the employees. Though I have already given him a long list from my side, i am still in the lookout for a few bright ideas. Do feel free to share your views and suggestions.

I would suggest you that before starting any employee realted activity it is very important for you to know the areas of interest of your employees and to see their point of demotivation or disliking. Because once you know your employee's expectations it will be easier for you to move in a focused direction.
You can start by doing online survey or distrubuting feedback forms among your employees and design your programs accordinlgy. If employees want a tour or outdoor activities or indoor recreational activity so you can plan accordingly. You can find lots of material on intenet for various games and if in case they want to go for 1 day trip or long distance trip so you can discuss with your management for the same and they plan according to their budget.
