Please let me know the procedure to get the claims under WC Act & ESI Act.
I joined a company recently. Before my joining few of our employees met with an accident and they were not covered under ESIC and kindly let me know the procedure to get the claims under ESI Act for those who covered under ESIC.

dear ramprasad,
frist thing that u being the HR entity need to do is send the ip to nearer and applied dispensary, fill up the form no 16, remit the same before regional esic office, medicle officer would furnish the fitness certificate to ip and the same wud b revealed before u being the part of HRD. u need to intimate esic office about whole of this process.
certificate of continous or re-emploument wud b also awarded, this can b done by filling the form no 37. (prior intimation to concrned authority)
