Dear Seniors, First of all, thank you very much for the reply to my previous query. Now, I seek your precious advice once again.

Unusual Employment Contract Practice

The company where I work has a rule which I have never heard of in my life. Initially, they provide a contract paper to new employees for 4 years with a 6-month probation period. After 6 months, depending on their performance, they receive a confirmation letter only for PF. But what happens after 4 years? I asked my senior, but they also do not know. I have been working here for a year now, and most employees have not received any kind of letter for 2 or 3 years. I started issuing them after inquiring about each employee's joining date. However, I am still confused about the type of letter to issue after 4 years. My seniors are not cooperating with me; when I ask, they never provide the right answer. Please advise me.

Regards,
