Hi, The report is very true & effective. But in present Scenario, I personally feel that people are running here & there for money only. Is money is also motivational factor ? Regards

Appreciation mail for the best performance
Can have things like:
Best Employee of the month
Organise picnic once in a year.
Celebrate new year. Can host a party at office.
Ethnic day can also be organised. Give a prize for the best dressed person.
Give complimentory gifts
Have monthly meetings. Discuss problems give solutions when ever necessary..
