Hi everyone, can someone advise on the contents/entitlements for a typical Leave Policy for (1) a private company employer, (2) a public company employer, and (3) a government employer? Is there any difference among the three types of organizations? Could anyone attach a typical Leave Policy? I am based in Pune and would like to create a policy for a private company based there.
