I am also looking forward to do SAP HCM .I am in a dilemma and i am expecting from the seniors of citehr to kindly clear my doubts. I will be grateful to you.
Please let me know if SAP HCM is a good option for females.I heard that as SAP consultants we need to travel at clients locations I have a small baby and i cannt travel to client locations leaving him at home only I have around 8 yrs exp in recruitment, business devp and administration. I prefer to update myself with new technologies like SAP HR and move forward in my career.
So dear folks please help me out if building my career in SAP is a good option for me. I want to know If i got job as sap consultant, can i stay in the company only in one particular location or need to move to other locations as well .
