I was working as senior HR executive in domestic BPO before 2.5 yrs in HR operation and completed my MBA in HR. Now I just wanted to utilise my time in some part course in HR as still not able to do job since my baby is too small.please suggestion me some course in HR so that whenever I will start my career that can enhance my skills.

You say that as of now you are on break and before this you have done MBA. But then did you do MBA through correspondence or it was full-time course? Secondly, why you wish to do some certification course that is on and above MBA? I do not mean to say that certification courses are useless nevertheless, there has to be certainty to get a job after that course.
As of now, you may keep yourself abreast with the current HR practices. You may go through this forum to go through the queries that are raised on various labour laws. Lot of discussion happen on hardcore HR also. When seniors give reply, their replies will be education to you.
Lastly, are you in touch with what you have learnt during MBA course? If not, then I recommend you going through the books or the study material that you had referred. During MBA course, we just study for our syllabus. However, your real-life challenges may not be restricted only to the syllabus. Therefore, to become professional, you need to refer what you had not read earlier. I find many MBAs, whose knowledge-base is quite poor. Career success depends on keeping one's foundation strong. This is a universal rule and you are no exception to it!
