Can any one let me know the revised new minimum wage structure of Gujarat effective 1st April'10? Should it be basic salary only or gross salary including allownaces like HRA+conveyance+medical+special allowances and company contribution of PF? (i.e minimum wage = CTC of the employee?). If it is like this can any one help me giving reference of any act/section of law for reference of managment?
