Punjab Govt. has revised Minimum Wages from 4268/- to 4568/- with slightly increase of Rs. 300/-. However, looking to the inflation, everybody was expecting a increase of Rs. 1000/-, which would surely effect the inflation rate.

Dear Shashi, You can’t bifurcate Minimum Wages in Basic & HRA. So, Basic can’t go down from Minimum Wages. Basic = Minimum Wages Regards, Vikas
