this is my email id
we signed an NCA with the vendor but he is not ok with pre existing and holding clause . he is asking to sign the NCA as it is .then we had a discussion later and he asked us to send an Addendum with necessary modifications.now my query is shld i mention only the necessary modifications in the addendum ?
if not so then pls help me out with some solutions

I have added the clause of not joining competitor within 1 year after leaving our company in appointment letter only but this covers my new joinee only, what should i do who are already there in system, what mode should i adopt to communicate this clause to them
