Indian court rules against a non-compete clause in the employment agreement The Delhi High Court has passed a ruling (re-asserting the position of law) that the Non-compete clause where the companies restrain employees from soliciting/approaching their clients even after they leave the company is invalid. The court struck down this non-compete clause in the employment agreement and ruled in favour of the employee.
