We have developed HRIS for one of the users with HRIS needs. It's in Excel and performs the basic job of tracking. We have observed numerous requirements here for HRIS, so we are planning to develop an Excel-based application but with macros enabled (we dislike that macro message). We need your help to formulate the requirements so that we can commence development as per your needs.
Additionally, we are planning to incorporate more analytics so that we can generate various MIS reports that will present a different story about the organization (concerning strategy, payment, resource utilization, etc.). Key performance indicators (KPIs) could also be developed. We kindly request you to provide suggestions and reviews as we progress and share the HRIS with you all for FREE.
