My query is related to PF and ESI pension for my brother-in-law family(his wife and his kids).
Recently in fire accident My brother-in-law died.This was happend in the Factory.So company says his family will get pension from PF and ESI.
My query is : how much pension family will get?.
He has 20+ experience in the same company.
He was getting 7000/- salary per month.
He has two kids(below 15 yrs age).
Plz help me asap.thank in advance...

Dear Sd21142049 In the above cited case widow will get Rs. 2051/- till her death or remarriage and two children will get Rs. 513/- each till the attainment of 25 yrs age. Abbas.P.S
