You need to specify what you want partner to bring on table?
Partner can bring in
- Technical Skill (programing, project management etc)
- Finances (why u need it? web development firms can be started with minimalistic investments. Friend of mine started with one laptop and USB net).
- Product idea (you would need domain expert with exceptional technology understanding. We provide these expertise to few software firms)
- Business Development (u need guy with personal network, network and only network)
