I am doing a comparative study of salary structure in pharma industry. To start with, we are focussing on HR department.
I would like to invite posts from all of those who r working in pharma industry to mention the kind of salary they are offering at various levels. eg executive - HR, Assistant HR, Officer HR, Assistant Manager HR, Manager, Sr Manager, GM, Head. Also how much is the experience at each designation.
I would really welcome inputs from all of you.
