Hi folks, I need one formula for the calculation of HRA. For example, if we calculate 40% HRA based on basic + VDA:

BASIC 10433
VDA 1040
HRA 4057
SPECIAL ALLOWANCE 0
GROSS SALARY 15530

If HRA is greater than 40%, the balance amount should be reflected in Special Allowance. Could you please send me the formula if any one of you has it?

Thanks & Regards,
