The Filing System
1. Prepare the filing cabinet.
2. Organize files and arrange all documents in the file with the account number or by sorting.
3. Scan all important documents that are used regularly, instead of opening employees' files every time.
4. Sort employees' files by Employee Number.
5. Arrange the files by sectors (payroll, recruitment, others, etc.).
