Hi Could you let me know how to draft a No objection - Clearance certificate if a person is on a work permit for a company and the company has no objection in the employee working for any other employer on their permit as long as they work in the same profession (field)
Please let me know what to include as this letter has to be sent to the home office as well

im in a work permit at the company with 3 yrs contract and finish 1 yr from this contract as a driver and i have offered to a government company as auto technician and they asking me to provide NOC from my previous company Could you please provide me a sample of NO objection Certificate on behaf of my previous company to lift my ban from the labor law of 6 mnths ban?
