I am planning to implement office Kaizen in our office. What hurdles are typically faced, and how can we tackle issues related to the same? Has anybody here implemented Office Kaizen or Six Sigma to improve office processes?

Hi Feroz,

Try to understand one thing that whenever you initiate something new, you will certainly face hurdles, but the best way is to keep going.

Now coming to KAIZEN, just make your people aware of the benefits of KAIZEN, then start recording the workflow process of the area where you want to implement KAIZEN activity. You can do the Kaizen with your filing system, with your routine office work.
