The Four I’s to Maximise your Impact as a Trainer!
To be a Good Trainer you need to tap on the Four I’s of Transformational Leader!
Transformational leader creates valuable and positive change by recognizing the strengths of others to help each other, to look out for each other, to be encouraging and harmonious, and to utilise the opportunities to reach ones goal. In this leadership, the leader enhances the motivation, morale and performance of individuals.
As a Transformational Leader-Trainer, you have the power to bring in positive change, create opportunities, enhance abilities and recognize strengths of individuals to perform better in their organisations.
So, here it goes.
The first thing you need to be a transformational leader-trainer is Idealized influence. The good leader-trainer is a positive role model and deals fairly with the trainees. The good trainer "walks the talk" and would never put personal gain over the needs of the any individual.
The second component of a transformational leader-trainer is Inspirational motivation. The good leader-trainer is optimistic and uses a positive, compelling vision to inspire individuals and spur them to better performance.
Transformational leaders-trainers use intellectual stimulation to spur Innovation, Creativity and "think outside the box” wherein you stimulate each of them to be innovative & creative in their approach while performing their job.
The fourth component of a transformational leader-trainer is Individualised Consideration. This is where the Leader-Trainer shows concern for individual needs and concerns, and works to develop them into better workers and budding leaders.
