How can a company still keep its employee morale at its best..and regain their confidence in us.. even when they are going through a really bad financial crisis for the past 1 year... How can a HR help the company in this situation... The company is confident that they will have a brighter side soon..but got to be patient for that D- day ..

How can a company still keep its employee morale at its best..and regain their confidence in us.. even when they are going through a really bad financial crisis for the past 1 year... Explain in anticipation about the facts regarding to the trials put by the company to evolve itself to be sustainable .
But on whole make them know that their valuable support is very much required in getting the things to be done.
maintain openness only in the real possible trials (and don't let them know on every trial ).
Let them feel that they are going to grow with the company.
make them believe that the finacial crisis is not at all occurred becoz of the incapability of company but just becoz of some other reason (Like company has suddenly invested on some new projects which are obviously goin to make company bright full and just becoz of this the crisis has raised and its not like something occurred due to losses).
Let them feel that company is totally based on the employees for their upcoming projects and the situtaion we are facing now is just becoz of some enhancements which are going to be made in increasing the recruitment for their upcoming projects.
Basing on all of the things mentioned above let them feel as temporary adjustments in expanding the operations and its certainly not a downfall of the company which shud be bothered by every employee in it.
