Best thing is to earch on Google with key word "Free excel Guide or tutorial", you will need atleast a month or more to go through what you get.
Neeliam, its good if you become more specific on what you need in Excel immediately, so experts can guide you on them. Do mention which excel you are using in your query to avoid confusion.
I have been using excel since last 10 years still I am so much to learn.....and have exprienced that excel can be best learned with examples and job task. Take it from me.
