Are you incorporating a survey which helps you understand the satisfaction levels amongst employees pertaining to your policies or is it an industry wide survey?
Which industry vertical you belong to ?

Hi,
The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the existing HR policies of the company & try to understand the progressive policies adopted by other companies. I am doing this survey for a manufacturing company. I am planning to conduct this survey across industries & it is not being used to gauge the satisfaction levels of employees within the company.
Hoping to get valuable inputs from your end.
