Dear Friends,
One burning problem with managements vs. Hr. departments are Encashment of Earned Leaves. I have seen most of the organisations while paying the accumlated ELs. to the employees they never accept at
a time. There should be minimum 10 to 15 time sitting on this subject then only approvel will be comming. Will you please any one give me the right directio on this. As per Law How much leaves should be accumlated in each employees account ? and How much leaves are encasshble ?
I my self collected some information. which is in the attatchment file.
