We are required to include a salary breakdown in each offer letter. Here is the information that is required. If anyone knows how to figure these out based on annual Lac, I would be most appreciative:
Basic
HRA
Employers Contribution
Conveyance
Medical Reimbursements
Food Reimbursements
Medical Insurance
Special Allowance

HI,
Need your help as well... Please could you kindly check if this is the right salary breakdown? we are in UAE and this is the break up that the company would like to have. Before, it was 70% as basic Salary and 30% as other allowances. But now, they are changing vice-versa. Seems to be unfair. Please need someone's expertise on this.
Basic - 30%
HRA - 20%
Conveyance 15%
Others - 35%
