Dear Seniors, I need your help in solving a practical problem. Due to a mistake, I did not send a resigned employee's name in form-10. I filled his PF withdrawal form and gave him, He also sends his PF withdrawal form to the PF office. Please advise me what should be done in this situation, Can we send another copy of the PF withdrawal form, Please give your advice.

You can submit the Form No. 10 now, with an explanation stating that it was a clerical error not to submit the said form in the month when the employee had left the organisation.
You can resubmit the PF Withdrawal form once again.
