This is Srinivas working for an architectural-based company in Bangalore, and we are planning to hire people as Retainers/Consultants. Can anyone help me with the Offer Letter format and other necessary details?

Dear Srinivas,

There is some small but most important correction that needs to be done in the format provided by Chaitanya. Retainers don't get a salary. The correct term to use is "Professional Fee."

I, at my organization, use the term professional fee for the monetary matters in retainer contracts, as using the word "salary" might lead to further problems.
