I need to know on Maharashtra Mathadi Kamgar act. as recently one of the inspector had visited my plant and in his report his has mentioned that we have to registered our compnay under the Said Act.
but when i have discussed with him that all the loading, packing, and etc work is done by the my company pay roll employees and all these are paid the lagal compensation as per the law. still he want us to take the Mathadi kamgar from out for this kind of work.
can you please suggest me what to do in this case ??
