Dear Raj,
Very useful indeed, nice compilation of Acts applicable more or less in every industry. However it does not contain the formats of various Forms used under various Acts due to limited space.
This is a humble advice to all the viewers to always refer atleast the Bare Acts ( With latest Amendments )for all these respective Acts. It is very essential for a professional dealing into IR and legal issues within a company or one who is responsible for statutory compliances of these applicable Acts.
Moreover please keep a copy of all the applicable Acts in your office for enhancing the knowledge and of course to know the various Forms under a particular Act.
I have observed HR Executives/ Managers (with an MBA background) suffering a lot because of the unawareness of labour laws and legal issues. The government machinery make a fun of them when they see them rubbing hands during annual inspection or visits.
Hope everyone will take a positive note of this and will improve their competencies.
