Can any one here who let me know that how many public holidays are allowed under Shops & Establishment act as my company is situated in Noida (Uttar Pradesh) & its a System Software Development company (IT). kindly also provide the proof so that i can show this list in front of Management as soon as possible.

From the discussion what i can understand is 3 compulsory national holidays, rest 7 based on the region. Can anyone help me understand the holidays for private company in hyderabad having 30+ employees.
Is there a minimum and maximum cap for these holidays?
